GSOT Donates Equipment to Rehabilitation Centers

Golf Supports Our Troops donates golf training and exercise equipment to rehabilitation centers at VA hospitals and U.S. Military medical centers throughout the country. We cannot think of of better way to improve the lives of wounded and disabled troops than to provide equipment that they can use in their physical therapy programs. Our first two donations of Explanar golf swing training systems went to Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. and the Center for The Intrepid at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Since then we have donated golf equipment to recreational and physical therapy programs at over 100 VA hospitals throughout the country.

These unique driving nets can be used for golf, soccer, baseball, football and lacrosse both indoors and outdoors.

Our next initiative is to raise donations for ParaGolfers, hi-tech motorized wheelchairs that allow wheelchair restricted patients to be safely elevated to a near standing position so the occupant can participate in a number of physical activities, including golf.

Our goal is to donate the swing trainers and driving net systems to 100 VA and military rehabilitation centers over the next 18 months. If you, your golf club or your company would like to become involved in this important cause, please go to the You Can Help link on the home page. If we can get 1% of America's golfers to purchase one of our unique golf gifts, we will be able to donate the training equipment and ParaGolfers to every military rehabilitation center in the U.S.
